Whether you need to buy bingo accessories or snack materials, Cartaloto offers many payment options. www.cartaloto.net is open 24 hours a day, so you can shop whenever you want. Despite this, there may be times when our site is temporarily inaccessible for maintenance. When this occurs you can only make purchases during our opening hours: Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 5.30 p.m. by calling (+33) 5 63 38 34 64 or by emailing us with your validated order form to contact@cartaloto.net
Ordering online
On the website, select the items you wish to buy by adding them to the basket. You can change the items in your basket at any point until you validate your order. You can see what items you have in your basket and their price by clicking on the shopping cart at any time at the top right of the page. Click on “order” when you are ready to complete your order.
Shipping costs are added in the next step when you fill in your details.
- €7.50 incl. VAT for orders less than or equal to €40 (incl. VAT) and deliveries in pick-up points (for parcels less than 20 kg)
- €15.00 incl. VAT for orders over €40 (incl. VAT)
- €30.00 incl. VAT for orders including bulky items such as electronic bingo machines, display boards or lottery wheels.
Free shipping is available for orders over €500 (including VAT) (except for orders including bulky items).
When you are ready to order your items, you’ll need to log in or if you haven’t already created an account, you can do so by following the steps. You can then enter your name, address, email and phone number. Then you can choose the delivery method.
When you press "continue", select the payment method and make the payment. You can change the items in your shopping cart until the moment you confirm your purchase by pressing the "order" button. Your order is then forwarded to Cartaloto's customer service department.

On www.cartaloto.net, you can pay with the following payment methods:

Secure card payments
Benefit from fast purchase processing by ordering and paying online. Payment is possible with various bank cards: debit and credit cards, Visa and Mastercard. When paying, you need to specify the 3-digit CVV or other security code on the back of your card, the card number and the expiry date.
The total amount of the order is collected immediately after the purchase has been confirmed. If a product isn't in stock when an order is placed, it can take a few days to get the package ready to send.
Thanks to the E-TRANSACTIONS service, our online payments are managed by CREDIT AGRICOLE, one of the biggest banks in France. This service means you are in direct contact with the bank's servers to make the payment and therefore no confidential information or bank details are transmitted to Cartaloto.
To guarantee optimal payment security, card payments are subject to the 3D secure option, which allows you to authenticate your payment.
What is 3D Secure?
3D Secure is a secure payment protocol for online purchases. Developed by Visa and Mastercard, it guarantees that the card in use is owned by the cardholder.
When a credit or debit card payment is chosen and the card details are filled in, a new window will open asking you for a security code* which will be checked by your bank for the payment to be accepted. This security code increases the security of your online purchases.
*The security code must be requested from your bank.

The option to pay in 4 instalments is free of charge. Your purchases can be easily paid in 4 instalments over 3 months*. Your request is checked in real-time with a response in seconds.
The procedure for paying in 4 instalments without charge is
1. Choose PayPal as your payment method at the time of purchase.
2. If available, select the payment in the 4x option that is displayed.
3. Your request is verified online within seconds.
4. Finalise your payment.
For purchases between 30 EUR and 2,000 EUR. You must live in France and have a PayPal account.
The payment in 4X may be unavailable to certain merchants or purchases of certain goods and services.

Payment Security
The data that you transmit to us at the time of your payment is secured using the SSL protocol. This data is strictly not shared with Cartaloto. It is then processed by the financial services of E-TRANSACTIONS, which currently manage millions of electronic transactions.
Privacy
The transaction is entirely confidential. The bank details remain unknown to Cartaloto and E-TRANSACTIONS is never informed of your purchase details. Only the total amount of the order and its reference number is transmitted. Payment by cheque.
Print your order and attach a cheque for the exact amount made out to Cartaloto. Your order will be delivered upon receipt of your cheque. We are unable to accept cheques for bingo item orders of over €1,500. Payment by cheque for orders outside metropolitan France is not available either. A bank transfer or payment by debit or credit card will be required in both cases.
Payment by bank transfer
Contact our customer service by telephone at (+33) 5 63 38 34 64 or by e-mail at serviceclient@cartaloto.net to obtain our bank details. Get in touch with your bank to arrange for the transfer of the amount of your order to be made. Indicate your customer code or the order number as a reference. You may be subject to transaction costs.
A transfer can take up to 3 to 4 days to clear on our accounts. To speed things up a little, you can send us the transfer order given by your bank or a screenshot of the transaction acceptance.

Contact our customer service by telephone at (+33) 5 63 38 34 64 or by e-mail at serviceclient@cartaloto.net to obtain our bank details. Payment by money order is available for your orders.
Order confirmation
Once you have ordered one or more items from us, you will receive an order confirmation.
Refunds
Upon receipt of your order, you have 14 days to return your items and tell us you wish to cancel them. You will have to cover the cost of shipping the items back to us. Refunds do not apply to personalised products!
