Shipping costs
For metropolitan France, Corsica and Monaco, postage and packing is €5.90 incl. VAT for delivery to a pick-up point, €9.90, incl. VAT to be delivered to a home address. Please note different conditions apply to overseas France and international destinations.
Free shipping is available for all orders over €190.
For deliveries to French overseas departments and territories and European Union countries, shipping costs will be calculated according to the weight of your package. You can collect your order free of charge directly from our warehouse at 6Bis Chemin de la Besse ZA Fonlabour in Albi (81), France during our opening hours.
Delivery times:
Delivered within 48-72 hours to your home in France, Corsica and Monaco (except for personalised items)
The products are delivered to the address you noted in your order. In the event of your absence, you will receive a notice of passage from the delivery driver so you can collect your order the next day.
The delivery time for orders validated before 12 p.m. is 48-72 hours for non-personalised items and 10-12 days for personalised items, rigid card and thick cardboard bingo tickets.
If your order is close to the date of your bingo game or event please get in touch with us so we can do everything we can to make your delivery on time.
When you order several products at the same time and they have different delivery times, the longest delivery timeline is used.
Delivery is made in France by Colissimo for packages of moderate size and weight. Fragile or heavy material is given to a transporter.
Except for force majeure incidents or situations beyond our control, our delivery times are respected.
Delivery to a pick-up point
Parcels under 20 kg can be delivered to a pick-up point (if available) just select the nearest point when ordering. Payment at the time of order is compulsory.
Home delivery in 4-5 days for Belgium, Switzerland and Luxembourg (excluding personalised items)
The delivery time for your orders validated before 12 p.m. is 4 to 5 days for non-personalised items and 10 to 12 days for personalised items, rigid card and thick cardboard bingo tickets.
Overseas and International Delivery
Shipping costs depend on the weight and volume of your order and the destination country. For an order to be delivered to an overseas zone, or an international destination (excluding Belgium), please contact us so we can deal with your request.

Delivery problems
Our goods travel at the risk of the recipient. Cartaloto cannot be held responsible for any damage, loss, delay or theft during transport.
In the event of damage or delays, please report the problems clearly on the delivery note in the presence of the delivery person (for example damaged package, already opened...). You must notify the transporter within 48 hours of receipt of all problems with your delivered products by sending them a registered letter, with acknowledgement of receipt. Please also notify Cartaloto within 48 hours of receipt of the product.
Preparation errors
If you find that, despite our vigilance, you receive an incomplete order or something other than what you ordered, phone us at +33 (0)5 63 38 34 64 or email us at serviceclient@cartaloto.net so that we can tell you what steps to take.
If an item is missing, it will be sent to you free of charge as quickly as possible.
In the case of an item that has been delivered by mistake, you will be asked to send it back to us with a receipt for the shipping costs incurred. We will then refund you for these costs.
Tracking
When ordering on our website, you will receive a confirmation by email that your order has been registered and then when it has been shipped.
