Yes, the bingo tickets are generated and produced to order. This allows us to monitor the tickets and make sure you do not have any duplicates. Our ticket generator allows us to generate over 400.000 different bingo grids. 

When an item is out of stock, and you want to be notified of its availability, simply go to the product sheet and enter your email.  

Yes. You can indeed collect your order directly from our premises for all orders placed online or by telephone (select the delivery option:  Warehouse Collection)

Yes, you can change your order up until the moment it is dispatched. Once you receive the email to confirm your order has been shipped, it can no longer be modified.

You can send us a cheque or pay by credit or debit card.    

We accept payment by VISA or Mastercard as well as payment by PayPal. Cartaloto.net does not charge extra for card payments.

The option to pay in 4 instalments is free of charge. Your purchases can be easily paid in 4 instalments over 3 months*. Your request is checked in real-time with a response in seconds.

The procedure for paying in 4 instalments without charge is : 

1. Choose PayPal as your payment method at the time of purchase.
2. If available, select the payment in the 4x option that is displayed.
3. Your request is verified online within seconds.
4. Finalise your payment.

For purchases between 30 EUR and 2,000 EUR. You must live in France and have a PayPal account.  The payment in 4X may be unavailable to certain merchants or purchases of certain goods and services.

We prepare your package within 48 to 72 hours (except for personalised products and orders)*. Delivery times are then subject to the transport services selected at the time of order, from 24 to 72 hours, depending on the destination. 

Yes, we deliver abroad.  Shipping costs are displayed when you confirm your order. Delivery times vary depending on the destination (5 to 10 working days)

If any of the items you ordered are defective, please contact us by email at contact@cartaloto.net detailing your name, organisation/club name, order number and the defective item(s).  Please send us a photo of the defective item by e-mail and we can send you a replacement, credit note or issue a refund.
