With its 3600-watt power, this panini grill gets hot in only 2 to 3 minutes. Simply set your temperature using the thermostat. The indicator light will show you when the top and bottom plates are hot.The thermostat is equipped with a large non-stick grooved cooking plate where you can adjust the temperature between 180°C and 300°C depending on what you are grilling. The professional panini grill is equipped with a two-part upper cooking plate and an independent lower cooking plate. This panini maker has two thermostats, which gives you the choice of only using half of the grill.
